According to the national standard GB1768-89 (79), the method of determining the performance of the film by the film wear-resistant instrument is stipulated. It is expressed by the weight loss of the lacquer film after the specified wear and rotation times under a certain load, and the unit G (gram). The wear resistance of the epoxy floor coating is the ability to resist the friction after the drying of the film, that is, to maintain the film performance when the mechanical damage is encountered.
The following are the testing steps of the wear resistance of the more common epoxy floor lacquer coatings: the sample books are on the special circular glass plate, usually two times, and the interval is 24h. The test plate is fixed on the working plate of the wear-resisting apparatus, and the loading arm is added on the pressurized arm, and the dust suction mouth is lowered, and the sample plate is adjusted to 1-1.5mm. Turn on the switch and first model the 50R (circle) to form a more smooth surface. Gently wipe off the scraps with a brush and weigh it for the first time. Adjust the counter according to the product standard. When the required wear resistance is achieved, it will stop immediately. Take out the sample, erase the scraps, weigh second times. The difference between the quality and the weight of the film is the weight loss of the film. For parallel test two times, the error of each value is not greater than 7%, and the average value is obtained.
