The reason for the whitening of epoxy floor construction is that the reaction speed of paint passes too slowly in winter, and the reaction between hardener and air produces a white fog; construction in low temperature and humid places; water intrusion after construction. Preventive measures should be taken to prevent low temperature and humidity construction, such as air conditioning heating and dehumidification, heater heating, and prevent water intrusion after construction.
The reason of teeth marks in epoxy flooring construction is that the coatings have not been smoothed again after being sprayed with trowels; the coatings have too high adhesion and poor leveling; and the coatings have too fast reaction. Preventive measures include correct application of average coating with trowel knife, selection of paint with low viscosity and good leveling (especially in winter), and selection of paint with less rapid response in summer. Oxygen flooring can also be called epoxy air flooring. It is a kind of epoxy floor paint which is made of epoxy resin as main material, curing agent, diluent, solvent, dispersant, defoamer and some fillers. It separates specific floor construction technology and is constructed by field air decoration. Epoxy floor is subdivided into epoxy flat coating floor, epoxy mortar floor, epoxy resin floor, epoxy self-epoxy floor. The construction of epoxy floor shows crater origin, with holes in the lower layer, oil stain in the lower layer and paint itself. Preventive measures for volcanic craters in epoxy floor construction include repairing and filling holes with epoxy batch soil before ceasing construction, cleaning oil contamination in the lower layer and selecting suitable coatings.
