1. Reaction principle of concrete sealant curing agent: concrete sealant curing agent is a kind of active colorless transparent chemical water-borne agent. It is composed of inorganic substances, chemical active substances and complexes. It is convenient to use, non-toxic and non-flammable. It can reduce the adsorbability of concrete surface, prevent dust and wear. The working principle is that a large number of semi hydrated cement, free lime and calcium react with the concrete (the reaction time is about 60-90 days) to form a kind of permanent gel, which can crystallize into hardened and wear-resistant structure inside the treated concrete. Thus a dust-free, compact whole can be obtained.
2. Construction method of concrete sealing and solidifying agent: clean the base surface, remove floating ash, oil pollution and other unfavorable substances; if there are too many pits in the old base, it needs to be pre-leveled; and the dosage of high-permeability sealing and solidifying agent should be measured according to the construction area. The high-permeability sealant is evenly poured into the air to soak freely, and the whole air is evenly soaked with a wiper. When the base surface soaking reaction becomes slippery and thick, the high-permeability sealant will continue to soak and react with the wet and thin appearance of water mist. Check the compactness level and soaking condition of the base surface, stop painting three or more high-permeability sealants in the air. After the base surface is completely immersed and reacted (the appearance of water is not complete and boring is preferable), professional air cleaning machine is used to clean the appearance and remove excess information. After 24 hours of completion, the soft wool polishing pad is used to polish the surface of the floor. Resin abrasive is used to stop polishing the base surface repeatedly. The longer the application time, the better the gloss. Scope of application: large factories, logistics warehouses, consumer workshops, supermarkets, exhibition centers, airports, open garages, sports centers, hospitals, etc.
3，混凝土密封固化剂施工工艺：施作于新浇注的整体粉光地坪外表： 新浇筑混凝土地坪必需经过至少3天的养护，最好是7天以上。 低压喷涂混凝土密封固化剂(规范用量:0.1KG/m2)，随后用超细纤维拖把或软毛扫帚将资料分配平均，勿积料。 地坪外表需坚持15-20分钟的润湿状态。多孔隙地坪及已呈现吸干资料区域的地坪，需追加喷涂。一旦资料开端硬化时，不可再用超细纤维拖把或软毛扫帚。资料枯燥时间：约2-4小时。施作于研磨抛光的混凝土地坪外表： 研磨抛光至200目(湿磨或干磨)。施作第一道混凝土密封固化剂资料，用量：0.1KG/m2，施工法同上。研磨抛光至400目(湿磨或干磨)。研磨抛光至800目(干磨)。施作第二道混凝土密封固化剂资料，用量：0.1KG/m2，施工法同上。研磨抛光至1500目(干磨)。研磨抛光至3000目(干磨)。
3.
