水泥地面硬化剂施工流程和强力渗透剂的使用

水泥地上硬化剂施工流程:打磨→清洁地上→洒固化剂均匀浸透→洒水稀释再次浸透→完全清洗地上→研磨抛光,先细微打磨地上,用多功能研磨机配上适合目数的树脂片即可。磨去地表的浮尘以及积垢。清洁地上,保持洁净,外表干燥。将水泥地上硬化剂直接均匀地洒于地坪外表,用长毛推刷来回推动,使固化剂均匀浸透约30-45分钟(具体视当时气温等情况而定。待固化剂反响3-7天后,用多功能研磨机配上1000、2000、3000目树脂片进行研磨抛光,环氧地坪。当外表再度变得滑稠时,用清水完全清洗整个地上,随后用吸尘器将污水及残留的水泥地上硬化剂完全吸洁净。(注:必须收拾洁净残留的固化剂),当地坪外表的固化剂变得滑稠时,在地上洒少数清水(约固化剂用量的1/3),并用长毛推刷均匀推开,并可用多功能刷地机配百洁垫(白色)进行研磨,促进地上二次浸透,浸透时刻同上(约30-45分钟)。

强力浸透剂的运用: 【性质】外观:透明粘稠状液体,离子性:阴离子,化学成分:聚甘油醚脂肪醇,有效成分:40%,PH值:7±1,【特性】专爲特殊吸水无纺布开发,湿润浸透性效果佳,被处理无纺布再湿润(吸水)特好。不含APEO及氯化碳氢化合物。与其他无纺化工助剂相容性好,低泡。爲高浓度浸透吸水剂,运用量少,不回潮优势。一般一般吸水剂有回潮之现象,导致産品手感变软带有粘着感。也可以用於清洗无纺布上污垢,作无纺布洗涤液。也作高温染色浸透剂,高温安定性好。用与水溶性绣花衬PVA浆料湿润剂,使PVA浆料快速浸透纤维网内部,其效果十分明显。【运用方法】在卫生材料无纺布上,主张用量爲5-10G/L(浸渍法),独自运用烘乾即可,无需高温定型。和树脂及其他後收拾剂运用时主张用量爲5-20G/L之间,定型温度160-180℃×3min。在其他吸水浸透无纺布上要视无纺布品种及吸水强度自行调试,一般情况下运用量不超过30G/L.

It is also used as soaking agent for high temperature dyeing and has good stability at high temperature. With water-soluble wetting agent for embroidery lining PVA slurry, the PVA slurry can quickly penetrate the inside of the fiber mesh, and the effect is very obvious. [Application Method] On sanitary nonwovens, it is advocated that the dosage should be 5-10G/L (impregnation method). Drying alone can be done without high temperature setting. It is recommended that the dosage of resin and other post-treatment agents should be between 5-20G/L and the setting temperature should be 160-180 (?) C (?) 3min. In other water-absorbing and soaking non-woven fabrics, the variety and water-absorbing strength of non-woven fabrics should be adjusted by themselves. Usually, the amount of application is not more than 30G/L.
